Eligibility and Account Registration

We reserve the sole discretion to deny or restrict access to anyone at any time. We do not permit employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives of PickleBet or their immediate family and household members to win prizes or receive payouts on our platform. Players, coaches, referees, league officials and anyone able to influence gameplay outcomes cannot bet on or enter contests related to the esports title with which they are associated.

Only one account per person is permitted. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to void bets and bonus bets, cancel promotional credits, transfer balances to the first account opened, and close all associated accounts. We use third-party technology to track devices and IP addresses, and access from multiple devices may result in suspension pending device verification.

Currencies and Deposits

We accept AUD, NZD, USD and EUR as account currencies. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in your default currency, and fantasy contest entry fees are listed in USD at a fixed exchange rate applicable to each contest. Our accepted deposit methods include Visa debit, Mastercard debit, PayID, Apple Pay and Google Pay; we do not accept credit cards. All payment methods must be registered solely in your own name — depositing with a third-party method allows us to suspend or terminate your account, refuse future deposits, void entries and bets, and withhold winnings.

Before any withdrawal, deposited funds must be turned over at least once through bets or contest entries; bonus cash does not count towards this turnover requirement. We may return deposits without turnover in limited cases, such as a typographical deposit error, cancellation of the specific event wagered on, or account closure due to a gambling problem. All accounts must be verified within 14 days of opening or they may be closed automatically. We check identity against third-party verification services, and pending investigations may delay or freeze withdrawals.

Withdrawal Limits

We cap maximum winnings, meaning payout less stake, at AUD 100,000 per bet, with lower limits applying to specific bet types under our published Betting, Racing, Sports and Esports Rules. This cap applies collectively to any customer or group of customers backing the same selections across multiple bets, days, or accounts. For racing, we apply separate published caps for thoroughbreds, greyhounds and harness racing, with Quaddie, Early Quaddie, Treble and Daily Double winnings capped at $100,000 per account per combination, and Protest Payouts capped at $5,000 per player per day. We may adjust win limits upwards at our discretion upon request by email.

Our fantasy contests let you build rosters of esports players and teams, scoring points from aggregated performance. Contests may be free-to-play or pay-to-play, and each contest carries its own draft rules, entry fees, scoring systems and prize splits. We settle exotic racing bets through our Pickle Pool dividend, and if no Pickle Pool dividend applies, we default to the Victorian Tote dividend or a local jurisdiction dividend.

Promotions and Bonus Terms

We provide promotional offers, including picklebet bonus code offers, picklebet deposit match promotions, and referral incentives, entirely at our discretion. All offers are available only after picklebet login due to Australian advertising restrictions on inducements. We limit redemption of any picklebet promo code to one account per household; accounts sharing an address, IP, device or payment method are treated as related. Our picklebet bonus cash must be used within 5 days of crediting or it is forfeited. To withdraw winnings generated from a promotional offer, you must meet our minimum deposit requirement and turn over the full bonus cash amount at least once.

Our Refer-a-Friend program, activated through a picklebet referral code, is available exclusively to New Zealand residents; we do not offer this promotion to Australian residents. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or reverse any bets, contest entries, or promotional credits where we identify irregular betting patterns, and we retain records of every promotion for a minimum of 12 months.

Responsible Gambling

We apply default self-limits to every account covering maximum stake, deposit and periodic spending amounts.
